The path that led me here

With over 13 years experience as a freelance photographer, 9+ years delivering creative and wellbeing workshops for people of all ages, and 5 years in the mental health sector, I bring a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and compassion to all I do.
During my time supporting others, I found that many were looking for safe spaces to explore spiritual health as well. I had also wanted the same during a challenging experience with my own mental health, when I realised that regular treatments, while essential, didn’t give me everything I needed. For me, something was missing.
This led me to explore my Scandinavian and Anglo-Saxon ancestry, where I discovered ancient beliefs about human's connection to trees and our powerful healing and transformative abilities. Around this time, I had also discovered how science was showing things like the power of belief, sound frequencies, and developing consciousness, were having a profound impact on human health. These insights inspired me to develop a deep connection to nature and my ancestral heritage, as well as wellbeing practices that combined ancestral wisdom and modern science.
Now, I love creating spaces where people can connect with their true selves, whether that's through a photography shoot or a wellbeing session inspired by nature and ancient wisdom.
